The Kibara geology on the property consists of shale, Silt, Sandstone and rare collection of units, the simple saddle-like and trough-like folding structures define. The mineralization occurred in connection with numerous northwest-southeast trending structures on, the gold-bearing quartz veins and floors contain. The associated weathering of layers composed of clay pigeons and Eisenoxidierung.

The project consists of three mineralized zones Miyove, Karenda, Baradega und Masogwe, which lie along a northwest-southeast running Vererzungstrends, a length of six kilometers, has. We identified three types of structurally controlled gold mineralization, including Erzschnuraderzonen, silicified (Quartz) and ferruginous shales and, less frequently, Quartz veins with different amounts of iron oxides and hydroxides (in the weathering crust). The host rocks consist mainly of shale and sandstone to a lesser extent. A fourth type of gold mineralization was also identified on the property. This includes alluvial and deluviale Wascherze.

The gold deposits on the one aimed at the Miyove project is similar to the Twangiza gold mine (Banro Corporation) South Kivu province in the, DRC which is also in the Kibara Belt. The Twangiza gold mineralization is located in mudstone, Silts, Greywacke and porphyries along a line of ridges Hauptantiklinalstruktur and limb-parallel structures. The deposit contains Twangiza Proven and Potential of oxidised mineral reserves 1,13 My. Ounces of gold 2,26 g/t. Additional deposits containing the measured and inferred from Oxidressourcen 1,3 My. Ounces of gold 2,3 g / t and a Measured and Indicated Resource of Non-oxidic 4,3 My. Ounces of gold 1,5 g/t (all reserves- numbers and resources are NI 43-101 compliant and come from recent reports of Banro Corp.. and are available at www.sedar.com ).

To date in 2011, Simba closed 2.300 m from drilling at the site with a focus on the Karendazone. Highlights were:

• Loch MY-11-02: 24,69 m with an average 0,61 g/t Gold, including 7,54 m with an average 1,12 g/t Gold

• Loch MY-11-05: 5,58 m with an average 1,21 g/t Gold, including 2,57 m with an average 2,15 g/t Gold
