Pacific Potash Corp. completes first bore and informed about the current status

Vancouver, British Columbia – 21. January 2014 – Pacific Potash Corporation (TSX-V: PP; OTCQX: PPOTF; ESF: P9P, „Pacific Potash“, "The Company") are known, that the drilling of the first hole in its potash project in the Amazon Basin, on which the Company owns all rights, has now been completed. The hole was in a total depth of 1421 Meters drilled. A total of 960 taken m core material from the borehole. The core was divided, recorded and prepared for analysis. Interesting core sections are sent to the Saskatchewan Research Council for analysis.

The company wants to also report on the progress made in relation to the MOU funding. The due diligence period was extended, to allow an examination of the results of the first bore. Both parties have sought diligently about, to fulfill their obligations, and put the work in good faith continue.

The current Executive Co-Chairman and Director Balbir Johal will additionally assume with immediate effect to its current functions, the role of CEO of Pacific Potash. Andre Costa is used for Pacific Potash as Chief Geologist, so that he can devote his undivided attention to the Company's projects.
